The fact that Pete was so happy and joyous even though he knew his doom was imminent. The fact that Cheeky wasn't scared at all at the end because he was just thinking about his friends. The fact that Carlos fought to keep Pete alive just a little longer and even thought about finding a cure. The fact that they had so much love for each other in the end, even though they knew they weren't going to make it out alive.
