consider: feverish Nero. if he ever got sick, Nero would be the most irritating person ever. the kind that refuses to take medicine for incomprehensible reasons, refuses to just sit down, and makes it his life mission to completely brush off how shit he feels.
it’s genuinely ridiculous to everyone else, but Nero feels like he’s doing the right thing. and, seeing as subtlety is not his thing at all, it’s glaringly obvious that he’s unwell. he isn’t concealing shit.
it takes far too much gentle coaxing to convince him to admit he’s unwell. i’d like to see Nero get increasingly more embarrassed but the fever’s gotten to his head, so he’s a little more loopy than normal. flushed and abashed.
