Things do kind of go that way but she is called back by Leith Pierre after some issues arise with Yarnaby. After Harley was taken apart and made into a machine, Yarnaby became very unresponsive. With some input from an employee (probably Eddie Ritterman), Leith finds out that Harley had actually made Yarnaby and Juno bond (whether it was because Yarnaby means so much to her or he wanted to conduct an experiment, who knows).

Juno is called up and invited to come back to Playtime, having already been told somewhat of the Bigger Bodies Initiative through Harley who explained how Yarnaby came to be. Leith offered her her job back in exchange for help with Yarnaby and other experimentations.

Juno was smart enough to make some demands, however, asking for a higher position in the company as well as access to her beloved doctor.
