bad fall
I had my first fall for awhile on tuesday night
we were doing a vertical on a circle
I was on a horse who I hadn’t ridden in awhile
and his jump is a lot different than my normal baby’s jump
and well
we went over I fell onto his neck
tried to turn him
and BAM
on the ground
his foot got so close to my face
he ran off
I got up fine the only injury was a jammed thumb
hopped back on
queued him into canter and he bucked
Turned out he was SUPER SUPER fresh and this was his first time jumping in a few weeks
I’m fine just a bit sore and my thumb hurts
but that fall was 100% my fault
another fall, but she landed on her feet.
