In Denmark we have a day called J day which is held early November. It celebrates the annual release of our special Christmas beer and that Christmas is arriving soon, so we of course get completely hammered from Christmas beer because that's the most Danish way to celebrate anything.
This is also the ad that runs through all of December and was first released in the 1980s:
The text by the end is a pun in regards to Tuborg, a beer brand in Denmark. Translated to English it's: "Merry Christmas and a happy Tubyear" (it's a better pun in Danish I swear lolol)
