Already answered but I'll expand on what I wrote about pen and paper! I rarely write full scenes outside of on the computer since I type MUCH faster than I write, but whenever I'm stuck or want to figure out a plot point I find it helps to sit and write things out by hand, just to slow down my thinking! I do it a lot when I'm plotting scenes.
