PS1 JPRG's First 10 Minutes (97 - 99) Pom & Monster
A look at several JRPGs and their opening ten minutes, focusing on titles released for the PlayStation in 1997 and 1999. This episode features two titles both exclusive releases to Japan. The first, from 1997 and from developer Fill in Café Co is Community Pom. Players traverse the overworld, battle enemies, and rescue Poms—small creatures needing help. Once rescued, Poms become part of a growing community. Players nurture them by feeding, assigning tasks, and upgrading their environment
The second game in this episode, is an entry in the Neverland series of game which include the Spectral Force series, Generation of Chaos series and Spectral Souls series all from developer Idea Factory. Monster Complete World has the player explore dungeons hidden on various CDs to catch and raise over 150 unique monsters. These creatures can be trained for tournaments and used in battles against friends. The story follows Chiffon, a boy inspired by the MonCom Tournament, who inherits a monster named Hiyokomushi from champion Kyle

Week One hundred-nineteen, The Mercs As ...
JRPG'S
(Suggestion credit: anonymous)
The light ignited her ax like the brightest beacon in the darkness as she raised it above her head.
The nightspawn only turned their twisted faces to take one last look at the figure now standing on the monument. A Champion who was supposed not only to destroy her enemies, but also to give hope to those whose hearts were to be consumed by darkness and illuminate them with the words of encouragement that she speaks in the name of the Goddess.
That's one of characters of my designe made for ttrpg game in the vibe of jrpg. The Daughter of Darkness, Mefal.
Atelier Totori OST 111 - A Storekeeper in a Small Village
This song is my heart. I've started playing this game 9 years ago as my first wait- my second Atelier Game. Well, my first Adventurer of Arland saga. I started picking this one up at my local retro game store in Pre-owned at the time. Speaking my first, it was Mana Khemia. Now I have an idea what OST to listen tonight, during my slumber.
