And the #JoyBird7117 #wedding is officially in the books. Joy and Charlie did an amazing job planning and executing a beautiful event. To get a little sappy for a second, Joy and I reconnected in real life right after she had moved to Boston. My brother and I just happened to be visiting for a UFC event (yes, I've changed a lot in these 7 years since). Our bond has been strong since that day. We were, of our close childhood friends, the only ones who'd taken the "path less traveled" by pursuing our dream careers. Since that time, we have spent many days together everywhere from Boston to Melbourne. I was lucky enough to be there at the very beginning of her and Charlie's reconnection too. They found each other (as Charlie put it) when they both needed someone to change the direction of their lives. I think everyone knew from early in their relationship that one day we would be standing here, with Charlie and Joy Bird as husband and wife. (at Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel)

Thanks for the fantastic night, I love you so much, Joy and Charlie have both always made me feel so welcome in their lives I can't imagine what my life would be without them.
