Doing this helps me so much with my burn out. It relaxes me. I want to do a post on how I'm starting a new journey toward recovery. I think I will post daily and update on how I'm feeling.

Growing up, I always kept journals, I would start my entries with "dear journal" but somehow it never felt natural. It made it impersonal.
