Joys of the Day:
-Acupuncture!! I think it's funny, I'm getting kind of "demanding" in my treatments now. Not really lmao, but like I'm getting more in touch with my body and my qi. When I get needles put in, I can feel the energetic connections, and I can feel where it wants more needles, or where it doesn't.
So for today, I asked for a few extra points that weren't originally going to be given, and one to only stay in for a minute or two before taking it out. Hey, I don't make the rules - it's just what my body wants (:
-Kindness with strangers
-Reiki, and the opportunity to practice it on others
-ToTK - I've always been a huge Zelda fan. Thid game and BOTW are soo relaxing and meditative - I love exploring thr landscape with the calming music and atmosphere. 10/10
-Some downtime and a warm cozy bed 🥰
