#udlotudlot #josemaceda #nationalartist #philippines https://www.museoreinasofia.es/en/activities/udlot-udlot-jose-maceda last week, i have sign-up upon checking on fb post, simply because of the traffic going to makati to quezon city would take some 4 hours or the fastest is 2 hours but need to squeeze myself on a metrotrail ride, #haha, I have attended a workshop on a kazoo without knowing what it is... i simply jump-in to the unknown ..... to my surprise , a day of workshop must be completed the 2 days plus on the 3rd day we are also invited to perform, #walla #interesting , a traffic leads me to a better place, the second day is another surprise , after reading some facebook tagged that the event is inspired thru Jose Maceda who happened to be a national artist , anothe #hahaha moment for me, a Philippine / Filipino National Artist in Music, ........ oh... well, i just trust the process and thankful to God with the event like this, i am in #hahahaha moment again knowing a Sound Artist , Agnes Pe doing it great........ through the event, it is my first time to ask #selphie with the Artist and co-participant, I am treasure with the moment, being in the moment with the situation , what could i ask for more, .... 3rd day of the event is great , another #hahahaha moment , a round table discussion of Jose Maceda, there is a video clip , a part of it leaves a mark on my soul , and asking some thing and some thing, where in the part of my life did here that sound? that composition ? it echoes thru me, there is a crying moment that my teary eye..... just drop, and flow, why o why ....... what it is in me, it just flow, the music, the composition, the sounds, echoing.......... i'm still at the part that thin redline , decision i have to make somewhere, to chase the light, or get that light "grab it" and travel to the darkness, for me "udlot-udlot" is a narrative of every Filipino, a barbaro or an indio or a savage people of that distant past, that lives in the present and travels where the winds leads and it traverses the current of the ocean and the seas and submits to the supreme being who created the mountains, the trees, the seas and the sun.
