This is what I don't understand. Please help me to understand. Yesterday a man shot and killed an officer #JoseChavez in New Mexico. You cannot see the man's face in the above picture, but the criminal is white. Thank God, the police caught and arrested the white criminal who was armed. And now he awaits trial alive. The man is also wanted for another murder in Ohio. They arrested him by deflating his tires and shooting him in the thigh one time. Meanwhile, a black man in #Milwaukee steals a car and is confronted by police. He is also armed. The black man flees the scene and is shot several times while he is running away. Why couldn't he have been apprehended and shot in the thigh? What is the difference?
