Here we go, slowly moving towards Elisabeth actually moving into the place. See, that clicker does more than just wallpaper! HOO BOY, that transporter effect was not easy to figure out! Fortunately, if I ever need that again, I'll know how to do it.

And today you learn a little more about the TWO races inhabiting the world of PNH. … What?

Drawing this comic didn't use to be so much like pulling teeth. There was a time when I could put up more than one update a month. Still hoping to get back there.

"I'm slowly starting to get back into the swing of comic production," he says as he updates for the first time in over a month. By the way, I tried something a little different, as you can see. When I switched "camera angles," I added a slight blur to the background layer, trying to make that wall look a little further away. Also, this sequence was one of the things that prompted me to add the "V" to this comic's rating. For future reference, comics with violence will be tagged "CW violence".

I LIVE! This is the first time since the first episode that I've had Darby in a panel with other characters, by the way.

(My motivation to actually sit down and work on this comic has gone straight down the tubes! I'm trying to figure out where my Cartoonist's Mojo went. It's got to be around here somewhere.)

A small point, that was going to come up sooner or later: Elisabeth is half German, on her father's side. Her mother was Mexican-American. She adopted the naming structure from her mother's heritage (father's and mother's last names), for her own reasons.

Finally. I can't believe this one took this long. It wasn't the wallpaper this time, either. (What it was is that staring at Inkscape isn't the same thing as working on the panel!)
