Between the speeches, the thundering crowd and bustling streets of Diagon Alley, it was near impossible to navigate around. Just when Rosalie had found her own footing, a piece of cobbled stone that she could claim as her own as she made her way through the masses, she stumbled into yet another bypasser. Even if she held her head down and tried to escape from the crowding inconspicuously, she would recognize the scent that reached her as they collided. Jonathan. She would have burst into a smile, threw her arms around him and rejoiced in seeing him. But discretion was key. They both knew it. A fondness lights up her eyes, and though she remained silent and otherwise stoic, it was warm and inviting. Taking a calculated step back, Rosalie turned on her heel and disappeared into a nearby alleyway, hoping that he would follow.
