@thejonandersen and I did a 3 hour podcast today about the upcoming #massblast. The limiting factor of these transformations is almost always the food. when everything is on point we can assimilate 10,000 cal per day into muscle tissue. but it’s very rare that someone can actually eat clean 10,000 calories. #jonandersen gave us a lot of #diet hacks to get the calories up. Here’s just a couple: boiling the ground beef to get the fat out, force feed white rice as it’s only for a week so too short of time to really get tired of it, exclude foods with anything toxic that accumulates when eating large volumes, drink egg whites, eliminate saturated fats and cooking oil fats where possible when using large amounts of insulin, keep meal size small enough to eat as frequent as possible since over eating in one meal will slow digestion, high protein for rapid muscle gain is good, chicken shake is good but not to drink too much at once as it can slow digestion so split large chicken shakes into more frequent servings… and many more great tips. @straight.cody and @theelonmuskular seek to put on 20lbs of lean mass in one week using these strategies and more that we will be making videos on over the next 2 weeks until the mass blast. btw, Jon is way bigger than me but I nailed the angle in the photos 😂😂😂 https://www.instagram.com/p/Cck8B4GvWmJ/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
