Several people have asked about my training routines and diet. In short, I do a combination of my own and Jon Andersen’s (shown above) Deep Water program. My program includes a dietary mixture and sit-ups, speed walking, tennis, racket ball, and weightlifting. Thus far, I’ve completed 6 miles, 320 sit-ups, one hour of tennis, and over 2 hours on mid-heavy weights in June. I also routinely coordinate with training experts who have kindly shown me the ropes (Rage). Deep Water is a weekly program of toning, exercising, and dieting, including deadlifts, extensions, crunches , and curls. Jon’s program is rigorous and demanding, yet very good. I often pick and choose the items on his weekly list.
