Aha, thanks. I do what I can, though “what I can do” is admittedly constrained since I am not fluent in Japanese; I rely heavily on translation software and a Japanese dictionary browser extension, but you can be most confident in tweet updates that have been factchecked by proper Japanophones. As LeVar Burton would say, “Don’t take my word for it.”--absolutely do double-check tweets and translations should they be in doubt; certainly whenever I post about tweets/site updates that I don’t say I consulted a Japanophone in advance. I’m not fluent! My interpretations on their own may be wrong or otherwise miss the mark.

With that said, I’m just glad fans continue to be interested in what Narita’s up to and appreciate updates. I’ll try to keep it up...!

I’m so sorry for not replying to these lovely messages until now; they’ve been in my inbox for weeks, but I kept wibbling gratefully every time I so much as glanced at them and it was all rather mawkish. (Like a dragon who can’t bear to part with its precious jewels...)

I do remember the Gandor ages question (and still want Narita to answer it) - that was you? And don’t ever worry about spontaneous questions or things like that; I’m often slow to respond to asks (sorry again) but it’s not you (general you) it’s me--and I appreciate both that people have any amount of faith in my ability to provide answers, and people’s patience toward those ends.

I’m so pleased you enjoyed The Honeypot Affair and thank you for telling me so; I save/revisit any and all feedback/thoughts my fics receive, and it means a lot when people take the time to share them. 

And hey, apologizing for rambling is my job; have you seen my content lately? “Long, rambling, and unfortunate” is apparently the default state of affairs around here, and that’s...probably not a good thing...

Thank you again for the messages--they really have been a bright spot, which is probably why it’s so hard to let go of them now...
