They had just gotten into a small argument — over something stupid, of course, but regardless... it was making the car ride a bit awkward. Brock was in the drivers’ seat, sitting in an uncomfortable silence as Lulu stared out the window, her body turned away from him. He figured they couldn’t go on like this forever — though Lulu certainly may try — so it was best for him to find a way to diffuse the situation. After several more moments of silence, Brock moves to connect his phone to the AUX. He doesn’t have to scroll very far to find the song that he wanted to play.
Soon, the opening of Africa by Toto is playing, and he’s humming along.
