Very funny that every GORGO (1961) review I've read has mentioned the strange and almost deeply homoerotic relationship between Sam Slade and Joe Ryans at least once. So even other people can agree this movie was faggy, intentionally or not.

For a movie made in the 1960s, it was pretty gay. They call eachother partners throughout the entire film (despite it having a different connotation back then) and they adopt a child together.
