For someone as guarded and sheltered as Laelia, this is a huge blow. I totally understand why she's not allowing him to explain. Laelia is like the flowers she so carefully tends to...she opens up very slowly, with lots of care.

This is so beautiful! I never thought about it like this and now I am smiling and crying all at once. Guess her full name Laelia (which is a flower) Bloom, suits her character a lot more. :’)
