These are just my headcanons about the appearance of these AIs based on their contexts.
notes:
-I feel that if 079 had a body he would be the one that looks most human of all of them because the foundation (and he would definitely HATE IT)
-Edgar body would definitely be made of parts of electronic devices from Miles department (his clothes would also be from Miles).
-Honestly, I don't really think AM would have a human or humanoid appearance?? although maybe, just maybe. (he still in denial)
