Have... Have you watched the new journey's ep? Because... There's a lot to unpack...
I just did.
And i think it was SO GOOD.
So many classic storylines, it made me feel so nostalgic. The split up in underground tunnels, the forced team up, the classic jessie/meowth banter, and best of all, Meowth crushing on a human again. It's been a while.
I mean okay, we had those things again and again, but i could never get tired of them. Only of the abandoning Meowth storyline of course. We did it so often now, i still have hopes that one day, they'll decently talk it through and maybe it'll never happen again.
But okay, I'm there for it as long as there's a cute make up scene - and even if this one was accidental, it sure was cute.
The way Jessie blushed and immediately accepted! The way James stared at them in awe! It also shows that their only trouble is who will apologize first. After that of course they're ready to make up and hug it out.
THE CRUSH
Of course Chloe is his type. I should have seen it coming. But i just didn't expect the anime to go there again.
I feel like Meowth crushing on humans is such a queer metaphor? Yes he likes both. Pokémon and Humans. Get over it <3
I'm kind of excited where they're going with this! As it was shown in the last scene again, I'd say it'll be recurring. Maybe like his 'crush' on Litten in SM. But maybe it'll play an even bigger role? Heck, he considered leaving TR for her!!??!!!
Alright, last words about the Team Rocket / twerps interaction. It was so chill i loved it!!

The cute moments between Morpeko+Ash, JessieJames+Eevee, Wobbuffet+Grookey....
They acted like one big messy family. And then this...
THEY JUMPED IN FRONT OF THE TWERPS???????!??!
tbh, this ep gave me new hope for a possible Team Rocket redemption arc. thanks for reading this far.
I really hope we get more of Koharu & Nyarth dynamics later on, it's honestly pretty good lol.
Also want to see the Rockets & Eevee dynamic again too because ajahsgfasjhfsfh. Eevee I love you you guillable silly being.
I enjoyed today's episode, I had quite a few good laughs, with guillable Eevee practicing with Rockets motto, Nyarth clearly falling for Koharu due to Koharu being so nice (lol obligatory Nyarth falls in love ep I guess) and just, sfjhsgfhsf. Typical Musashi & Nyarth fight ep as well but it's all well in the end, with accidental "DAISUKI" at Musashi instead of Koharu lol, and giving a gem? Awwww Nyarth.
Think he quickly explained how he's able to talk? I did hear Koharu ask why he's able to talk. But I gotta rewatch the ep to understand the dialogue a bit better.
But yeh, I had issues with Pikachu being a big big dumbass with using Electric moves on Gamageroge and this ep implying Satoshi is an idiot reckless boy (since Gou then says Pikachu reminds him of Satoshi, oh boy...), and like, wtf, Satoshi having eating contest with Morpeko, I know he's known for food grudges but c'mon lol.
Anyway. I'll def want to rewatch this ep. Not perfect, but better than I expected :)
