More of the @jlauser.art folklore promt list. It's a Likho. A Likho is from Slavic mythology. They are evil fate. Either looking as a old skinny woman in black with one eye, or a male goblin. If you get a Likho's attention the only way to get rid of it is to trick someone else to take it with a gift. Otherwise you can not escape it, it's very "it follows". D. Lilias Drummond (I misspelt Lilias) was the wife of Earl Alexander Seton. Even tho they had 5 daughters Alex got his panties in a bunch because they had not has a son yet. So he exiled her where she died quickly under mysterious circumstances. Alex didn't wait long to marry his mistress (named Grizel Leslie, who was also Lilias's cousin). On their wedding night they heard a sad moaning. No one could identify it until the morning when they saw D. Lilias Drummond written in 3 inch high letter, upside down on the window sill 3 stories up. Next in @jlauser.art 's folklore prompt list we have Anna Sydow. Anna was the mistress to Brandenburg Elector Joachim II (which is a mouthful. I'm going to call him Jo). Jo's wife Hedwig, who was a princess of Poland, had an accident that left her crippled, which hindered her "marital duties" and her ability to hunt. He took Anna as a mistress and had her live in the royal hunting lodge (Jo liked to hunt, his tinder picture would probably be him with an elk or something). From everything I could tell Jo and Anna had a very happy relationship, to the point that on his deathbed Jo asked his son/successor Johann George to take care of Anna. Johann didn't keep his promise (surprise) and had Anna imprisoned in Spandau Citadel til she died. On Johann's death bed she appeared to him as a spirit in white, making her a "white lady". In 1709 during renovations a female skeleton was found in the Palace believed to be Anna's and given proper burial. Next in the @jlauser.art folk tale prompt list, Olive Thomas. This one was intimidating because Olive is a real person with PHOTOGRAPHS (and nude images she modeled for, I wasn't expecting that in my research). She was an actress and accreditated with being the first flapper. While on vacation in Paris with her husband, Jack Pickford, she ingested his topical syphilis medication.
