Hey there, is it true that guchax does not want her works to be distributed? May I ask you to translate the part where she put the warning (because you understand Japanese really well)? Some people argue that guchax doesn't mind people posting, just doesn't want people to use the art for fanfic cover (see in guchax tag) so I'm confused :s I just want to be cautious but maybe some people (i don't mean you, though) understand her message differently? Thanks!

To make things absolutely clear, this pretty much says Guchax does not want her stuff reposted, edited, reproduced, etc. Don’t even use it for your fanfics, because she says she doesn’t allow that either.
I think most of the confusion stems from her Twitter, where it’s worded differently. However it still pretty much says the same thing (again, all bolded emphasis is mine):
★個人利用の範囲の保存は大丈夫ですが、自作発言再配布はやめてください。
★It is all right to save my works to a personal archive, however, please stop redistributing my works.
So, even on Twitter, Guchax says to stop reposting her stuff. You can save it onto your own hard drives if you want, but reposting them is not allowed.
As a general rule, I find it always best to err on the side of caution. That is to say, if there’s even the slightest bit of doubt that what you’re doing is okay, you shouldn’t do it at all. At least, don’t do it without asking for clarification first (in other words, asking for permission).
