😘  - Do you have a favorite muse to write?

Currently it’s absolutely Jervis, he’s got a lot to him that’s fun to play around with, and I find his voice comes easily!

Honestly I find it easier to write characters that are nothing like me, but maybe...Grey? We share a couple of characteristics, and we’re both chaotic nonbinary people lmao

Pyg for sure, like, rip to him but I think everyone’s bodies are perfect as they are. Also I could never get though med school-  Dr. Ariceli is another one, I’m a complete bleeding heart softy and she’s pretty much the exact reverse of that.

1. Jonathan is not, as he so often says when people show up at his door with injuries, a medical doctor. But he is rather skilled when it comes to first aid, he’s been taking care of his own wounds for a very long time, and can sew up a  gash as quick as he can mend a tear in his suit. His bedside manner is horrendous, even when he cares about the person, so it’s best not to go to him for long term care.

2. Jonathan doesn’t target kids, for a mix of reasons. He finds it can occasionally hit a bit close to home, and makes him uncomfortable, it doesn’t result in accurate data as he develops his formulas with a fully matured brain in mind, and being known as the man who psychologically tortures children isn’t something that wins you many friends, even among the underworld. Not that children don’t get caught up in his ‘Let’s drug the water supply/gas the city for the thousandth time’ plots, but it’s never the focus.

Robins and any and all affiliated child vigilantes do not apply to this little moral rule.

3. Speaking of Robins, He refers to them collectively as “The Bat’s birds” and when they switch costumes/titles, as they do, he often finds out because this new hero has the same fears, or he recognizes their screams. He can almost always tell a false Batman.

4. A bad heart, mess of medical conditions, lack of self-care, and a very poor immune system means that with some bad luck even a simple cold can rapidly progress into something requiring hospitalization, Batman’s found him in his hideout having his brains cooked by a fever more times then Jonathan will admit to.

Honestly though I kinda lean towards collage aus over high school ones? They’re more fun for me because I feel like there’s more options and it’s easier to explore different stuff without him actively being in such a horrible environment with such a controlling guardian yanno

But Jon having a friend in high school... good ...Jon having to deal with someone who realized he’s murdered two of his classmates...well, less good for him but very fun for me.
