-Both are very nervous and neurotic people in general…but to everyone’s surprise, their nervous tendencies tend to cancel each other out when they’re with each other. They act relaxed in a way that they usually aren’t and it secretly relieves EVERYONE that they aren’t as stressed. 

-However, if you HAD to see who was the more relaxed one, it's Jinks. Jinks can EASILY calm down Doggie Daddy when he goes into spirals with a few well-placed words and rubs on his back. 

-Speaking of rubs, Jinks LOVES rubbing scratching and rubbing Doggie Daddy’s ears. Not only does it genuinely calm Doggie Daddy down, Doggie Daddy’s ears are softer than Doggie Daddy’s actual fur…and boy does it feel GOOD against Jinks’ hands. 

-Doggie Daddy is sometimes nicknamed ‘D.D’ by Jinks. To this day, ONLY Jinks is allowed to call Doggie Daddy ‘D.D’. 

-Pixie and Dixie acted as wingmen for Jinks when Jinks first realized he had feelings for Doggie Daddy. How good they were at their job…depends, as they often made things worse for Jinks more often than not! 

-Both Jinks and Doggie Daddy were VERY nervous introducing their children to each other. They were worried that there’d be some sort of jealousy present between the two of them. To both’s pleasant surprise, Augie Doggie was absolutely THRILLED at the idea of having a new playmate. Not to mention J.J’s laid back demeanor contrasted perfectly with her more high spirited one!

-Doggie Daddy and Mr. Jinks go on double dates with Huckleberry and Snagglepuss CONSTANTLY. In the beginning. D.D was admittedly worried he wouldn’t fit in with Huck and Snag because of how well Jinks knew them both. Thankfully, D.D got on with them just fine.

-Doggie Daddy loves listening to R&B songs. Mr Jinks is a classical musical fan. They both listen to each other’s music taste to see the appeal and like to comment and debate with each other on their song choices later. 

-Doggie Daddy pretends to hate that he’s the shorter one of the two. Mainly because it means Jinks can pick him up and swing him around easily…and secretly, Doggie Daddy loves being picked up. It makes him feel all giddy inside. 

-Doggie Daddy is a very traditional romantic. Candlelit dinners, flowers, chocolates, the works. However it’s mixed in with his overprotective antics in that it sometimes gets to be WAY TOO MUCH. It’s to the point that Jinks can get overwhelmed by all the affection. 

-Doggie Daddy realized he first fell for Jinks when he saw Jinks comfort Augie after a bad day…with GENUINE advice that he’s usually bad at giving. It cheered Augie right back up and she hugged him…and instead of Jinks pushing her off, he hugged her back. That was how Doggie Daddy knew he was in deep. 

-Long before they started dating, Doggie Daddy once tried to capture Pixie and Dixie himself as a gift to Mr. Jinks, as well as to impress the cat. He…actually did a LOT better than Jinks. He managed to catch them for a brief moment and present them to Jinks afterwards. Jinks was honored. Naturally, Pixie and Dixie escaped shortly after and left behind NOTHING but chaos for Jinks and Doggie Daddy but Jinks continues to look back at the attempt as a fond memory. 

-Jinks originally was nervous about getting attached to Doggie Daddy, especially with this coming after his failed crush confession to Huckleberry. For a while, he was deeply worried he was just settling for a “rebound.” It was only when he saw how different Doggie Daddy was from Huckleberry did he let go of this worry. 

-Jinks was convinced to start using modern technology by Doggie Daddy (who was much quicker to adapt to it than Jinks). He still has trouble using it but thanks to Doggie Daddy, he's actually getting better.

-Jinks adores Doggie Daddy’s way of speaking. He could listen to it for hours. He’s sometimes asked Doggie Daddy just to repeat certain words because he loves listening to his voice so much.

-Doggie Daddy has ABSOLUTELY gotten Jinks outfits to match with him. While Jinks complains about them, he will always, ALWAYS wear them and fiercely defend the outfits from anyone who makes fun of them. 

-One of the two’s favorite ways to relax is by taking naps. They will take naps together literally ANYWHERE, especially because they’re so tired out from watching over and running after BOTH Augie Doggie and J.J (Augie has enough energy for both Jinks and Doggie Daddy for a lifetime). This includes behind the recliner. 

-Both also LOVE cleaning things together! Their house is basically spotless (except for J.J’s room. Even THEY have a hard time cleaning that up in general). Jinks, however, can tend to get carried away with it since he’s SO into it. 

-Doggie Daddy and Jinks’ favorite type of date is going to drive-in movies together (because both are from an era where that was very common). They often take Doggie Daddy’s car (since he’s the better driver) and just sit back, relax, and enjoy the movie. 

I know it’s been awhile. I woulda posted this sooner, but I've been busy ;-;

Pixie and Dixie:

-On-screen Pixie is more of the brains while Dixie is the more impulsive one. Off the screen, however, the personalities are completely flipped. Surprisingly to humans, Dixie is more of the planner. Dixie is often lost in their thoughts in general and can be a bit of a daydreamer. Pixie on the other hand, is easily excitable and doesn’t always think before he acts. He prefers to live in the “now” rather than his own head and encourages Dixie to do the same.

-You'd think that since Pixie dresses more formally than Dixie (wearing a blue bow tie), he'd be the planner. The reason Pixie looks fairly fancy is because he genuinely LOVES fancy accessories. And how they make him stand out..especially when they get messed up. Then, he can reuse the accessories again all he wants. 

-Pixie and Dixie sometimes like to trick other cats by pretending to be the other via switching clothes and messing up their hairstyles. Mr. Jinks falls for it each and every time. Top Cat gets suspicious but still gets fooled. Tom, on the other hand, can easily tell who the other really is. 

-Pixie and Dixie REALLY don’t like it when others assume them to be “basically the same mouse with different paint.” That is the absolute QUICKEST way to offend them. 

-The reason Pixie and Dixie are shown running a candy store in Jellystone is because of an inside joke that the Hanna Barbera cast has with Pixie and Dixie. No one knows what the joke is because Pixie and Dixie refuse to explain themselves or the joke to anyone. They change the reason each and every time. They think it's funnier that way.

-When Jellystone! was in production, Dixie was originally going to stay as a male. However, Dixie made the conscious decision to be female for the show, as Dixie knew there needed to be more gender diversity. The mouse liked it a lot, to the point Dixie now identifies as bigender (both male and female, sometimes one gender at a time, sometimes both male and female at the same time). Pixie supports Dixie all the way. 

-People often question the bond between Pixie and Dixie. The two themselves say they're best friends. But some wonder if they're siblings. Some wonder if they're more than best friends. For the most part, Dixie and Pixie refuse to answer questions. All the mice will say is that they're close and that's that. They don't need questions on their relationship...it's just fine as is.

-Pixie has a small crush on Jerry Mouse. Pixie hasn't told Jerry of his feelings yet, being that he's absolutely terrified of ruining their relationship. Jerry himself is unaware of Pixie's crush (because he doesn't spend a lot of time around Pixie to notice). Every other Hanna Barbera Toon knows that Pixie likes Jerry and has often encouraged Pixie to confess. Jerry himself isn't aware that Pixie likes him (because he doesn't spend enough time around Pixie to notice).

-Pixie ADORES Pinky and the two get into all sorts of chaos together. Neither of them are too fond of Brain however…Dixie in particular is a little intimidated by Brain. 

-Pixie and Dixie generally consider Mr. Jinks a friend, both off-screen and on. That being said, they do love pushing his buttons teasingly. This has only increased since Jerry started encouraging them to up their tricks. 

-Pixie is gay. Dixie is pansexual.

Mr. Jinks:

-Jinks doesn't really like the “Mr.” in his name. He thinks it sounds too added on...even for him. It's why everyone calls him just Jinks. If you're a close friend (or just Pixie and Dixie) he'll let a "Jinksy" slide. 

-Mr Jinks doesn't like the term "beatnik," especially when it's used to describe him and his personality. He thinks “beatnik” is derogatory. He prefers the term "artistically animated."

-Jinks is great with task management and organization! It's another reason why the producers selected him as Huckleberry's assistant in Jellystone. 

-Jinks is very much a neat freak. Everything must be meticulously organized and put in its proper place or else he'll freak out. He has labels for everything and anything...even the labels itself. 

-In Jellystone, the chaos is shown to annoy Jinks greatly. That's not true, Jinks was just acting that part out. He's gotten used to the chaos and even relishes in it occasionally...especially due to his antics with Pixie and Dixie in the past. 

-One of Jinks faults is that he cares a bit too much about what people think of him. He's not a people pleaser like say, Porky Pig is, but he definitely notices when someone is displeased with him and it grinds at his gears. 

-Another fault of Jinks is that he's very much a worrywart and can be overbearing at times (especially when it concerns his feelings) despite not meaning to be. 

-Jinks has a fairly good relationship with his son Jinks Junior. That being said, J.J's disorganized and messy personality can grate on Jinks' nerves. And Jinks is not fond of the fact that his son looks up to Top Cat.

-Jinks is best friends with Doggie Daddy. The two got to know each other after filming two episodes of Jellystone together and found out that they had surprisingly a lot in common...especially when it came to similarly protective antics over their children (Augie for Doggie Daddy and Jinks Junior or 'J.J' for Jinks). Jinks himself is unaware of Doggie Daddy's growing feelings for Jinks. 

-The reason Jinks was portrayed as Huckleberry’s personal assistant in Jellystone was due to the producers thinking this’d be a good match…both were similar to each other so the directors reasoned they’d  get on well! It worked a little too well…mostly because Jinks started genuinely falling for Huckleberry. Unfortunately, Huckleberry had feelings for Snagglepuss and the two had just started dating after a successful first date. So when Jinks got the courage to confess his growing feelings for Huck…Jinks was gently let down. 

-Jinks and Snagglepuss were introduced to each other by Huckleberry. Huck knows Snagglepuss can be...a lot and thus, he was worried that Jinks and Snag wouldn't get along. To his relief, they did! Despite Jinks being heartbroken by Huck choosing Snagglepuss over him, he knows there is no better person for Huck than Snagglepuss.

-Jinks is gay.

Jinks Junior:

-Like most kids of classic cartoon characters, J.J was created specifically for Jinks by the studio. Now, Jinks was NOT happy with the idea of having a kid at first. His relationship with J.J was rather rough in its beginning stages (especially because J.J proved to be so different from Jinks himself) but J.J managed to get Jinks to warm up to him by cleaning up a failed gag Jinks did (which J.J had NEVER done before). That was when Jinks knew J.J was here to stay…and he didn’t hate that as much as he used to. Soon, after a lot of talking out their boundaries over the course of the next few days, Jinks and J.J developed real familial love for each other. 

-Prefers going by J.J rather than Jinks Junior or Junior. He loves his dad but he wants to be seen as more than just a “mini-Jinks.”

-Compared to his dad, he’s very relaxed and easygoing! He’s very flexible in general and can easily adapt and adjust to things in comparison to his dad’s more rigid, fussy, and stressed persona. 

-Like the rest of Hanna Barbera Toons, he’s very witty and has a fondness for wordplay. His witticism comes from the fact that he’s fond of making portmanteaus of words and has a habit of peppering his sentences with alliterations…quite clever ones too. Sometimes, he does both at the same time. 

-He’s a bit of a smooth talker. This is most definitely influenced by Top Cat, who J.J greatly looks up to (which Jinks isn’t happy about). 

-Kind of a slob, much to Jinks’ dismay. He has a habit of making messes no matter where he goes (though he DOES try to clean them up as best as he can). He’s also just bad with organization in general. 

-Another one of J.J’s faults is that he’s a bit of a klepto. He has a habit of “borrowing” things and not putting them back. 

-J.J is VERY into knitting! He has made all sorts of sweaters and scarves for the Hanna Barbera cast to wear. The cast is both insanely impressed and touched. 

-J.J also loves to collect yarn and thread. There are several spools and balls of yarn and thread scattered in his room and hanging from all sorts of places. J.J doesn’t have the heart to throw any of them out and more often than not, Jinks or another visitor trips on one of them.
