Thanks for the ask! So many questions…I’m going to assume the answers should be about WRITING (or you'll be here all night reading this. Or not.):
1. things that inspire you
OTHER WRITERS. I know that, for me, nothing has informed my writing style and inspired the stories I write than devouring and adoring the words of other writers far more talented than I.
I do fic recs in my end notes because I know success in this fic game is largely a matter of luck and I believe in spreading the love! There’s so much great writing out there–we would NEVER find it without helping each other out.
2. things that motivate you
A kind word, gentle encouragement, and an occasional prod with the sometimes very pointy stick of Team Beta.
3. since how long do you write?
I’ve been a writer for as long as I’ve been able to hold a pen. For most of my life my work tended to be essays with the occasional foray into poetry or short stories. Fic was my experiment in seeing if I had novel length fiction in me. Turns out I DO, and I will be forever grateful to our favorite pair of British idiots for that knowledge!
