Jhin for sure. He already does shady stuff, so its like second nature for him.

I don't feel like either of them are rude enough to warrant this one, but if I had to choose, maybe Jhin would be the one to say it?

Jhin for sure. He likes watching people get upset and is ready to deal with the consequences.

Probably Nami. She's less aggressive than Jhin, I feel like he would be much more forward about his upsetness

Jhin for sure. If he'd kill for art he'd kill for his partner.

Nami. Jhin has literally been to jail so it makes sense

I feel like Nami is more harmless fun than Jhin, but he's not gonna stop her so he'll just watch.

Jhin can be patient when he has to, maybe Nami is curious as to how long that patience lasts.
