#justforlewks Day 4 The midnight party is a bash and I wanted to take as many #instax as I could. Covering @justforlaughs on a media pass is a different beast and a true honour. My schedule is proposed months in advance and finalized days before. 3 shows a night sometimes up to 5 keep it all straight sleep on it see a panel or a keynote. Make the deadline give myself a look then it’s about time to do it all over again. Friday I had the privilege of floor seats at the @pattonoswalt gala. Delirium set in. So unfortunately on Friday this was the only photograph of my outfit With probably two of the most exciting talents of the festival @comedianpinkfoxx and @heyjaredhey I paired this jumpsuit with tan heels huge hoops and dark green lipstick. I looked for my sober friend they were high on mushrooms. I turned down shots instead I opted for Redbull (ohhhh watermelon fancy...)paired with a story about that’s what @strombo drinks at burning man. #justforlewks Day3 Isabella Blow is always who I am trying to emulate. She was British fashion editor and a disruptor. She spotted talent and was a head of the wave of what was in style. She knew Alexander McQueen was a force and famously bought his graduation collection. It was very validating to see comics I’ve known and supported for years have real breakouts at this festival. I remember last year a friend took me camping to get my mind off it being cancelled. I was miserable and thought how much would have to go right for it to all happen. It did it’s back and it’s beautiful. Yet I’m changed. It was a very long train ride. Alone wich meant keeping track of everything myself.
