There were times in life wherein I asked my self, what if I lead a group of people someday, what would it be like and how can I be an effective leader? so I start visioning my self planning things, but as I plan I do notice that why all the plans are made just for them wherein I should be the one to lead them, then I revised it, Instead of YOU, THEY, THEM it becomes I, US, and WE for I as the leader must portray a good example US as an assemblage must work together and WE as one will rise to the top, but of course there are instance wherein no matter how great you posses some people will still pull you down “ some people are insensitive towards other peoples feeling but so sensitive when it comes to their feeling.”  -MAITA BALAO this simply explains everything, because no matter how hard you try they will still  give the impression of being a  fly-by-night Leader, but of course being a leader there's nothing you can do but to understand them, for it is my purpose as their LEADER for a good leader does not dictates they just Lead, For this is our God taught me from the letter of Paul the Apostle to the church in Philippians “ Don’t be selfish; don’t try to impress others. Be humble, thinking of others as better than yourselves.” – Philippians 2:3
