As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord. Meaning, everything that is written in the Word of God, we obey. From the beginning to end, as a whole. Not setting the New apart from the Old. We need the Whole, The One. Not by taking phrases and creating a foundation out of the pieces. The Word of God does not contradict itself, for contradictions are made by the ignorance of the man. The freedom we hold in Christ is not freedom to sin but to be free from sin. Jesus said He didn’t come to bring peace but division (Luke 12:49-53). & without Him and the renewing of our mind in the Word of God, we cannot filter the ungodliness and liberalism in churches and in the world today. He came to give us His righteousness and Help by His Spirit. That we may live a holy priesthood (1 Peter 2:4-9) and discern the time age we live in (2 Timothy 4:3). We cannot afford a vague Christianity.
