"BE CAREFUL WHO YOU BULLY"
This is the segment I chose in Jessica Soho because I was very related to it, Because when I was in elementary school until I was in high school I was bullied. This segment I watched is about four people who have experienced bullying about their body and their appearance, and this segment will also show how it affects their personality and their daily lives. Many people say "kapag binato ka ng bato, batuhin mo din ng tinapay" but the first guy in the segment says "Lahat ng binato sayo ipunin mo at iyon ang gamitin mo para bumuo ng bagong pagkatao."
I can relate my self to the first person on the segment to be bullied because of his darkness or appearance, because wayback when I'm in elementary days and high school days my classmates or my schoolmates call me "pango" and "galis aso". At that time I was living in Makati because my skin was so sensitive I had a lot of scars and wounds on my body, They used to call me a lot like "Tomboy", "Payatot", "Panget", "Galis Aso" That's all they calls to me. Because of that I lost my self-confidence so the clothes I wore every day were just long, I graduated from junior high school and I was just bullying.
When I started my Senior High School or grade 11, I lived with my Aunt in Cavite and there I changed. I met two women who caused me to change, They taught me how to fix myself. They do not pay attention to what I look like, they do not insult me like other people. They became true friends with me even though I was like this with a lot of scars, they raised my self confidence. Because of the two of them I learned to be a woman, So that time I started to love my self and to improve by taking care of my self. And sometimes I try something new like skin care and fashion, and after those months that low self esteem I can say that I am still improving but I started to gain my self confidence.
Some of my schoolmates and classmates when I was in elementary and junior high were making friends with me now, So that I realized people around you will only love you based on your physical appearance.
Of those I have experienced before, self love is the most important. Do not force yourself on the person who will bring you down, For me because of this segment I have learned that there is nothing wrong with "retoke" because if this is the reason it will increase their selfconfidence and if here they will be more comfortable. But it does say "if you know how to appreciate yourself, you should never do that or you should never get to that point". He is right to have a point, because for me each of us has our own beauty inside and out we just have to appreciate because the lord gave it to us.
This segment is very helpful to people who have experienced this as well, I just gave myself an example. I learned a lot in this segment, that is self-love and improving their self confidence. This segment made me realize that you do not have to change yourself for other people, so that they will like you and accept you. You need to be your self, love yourself and let people do nothing good for you.

How to Make Bridal Makeup Last During Rainy Outdoor Weddings
A little shower on your wedding day can be a blessing from above, but what if the rain pours harder than forecasted and you’re in an open field like, say, the Marlboro Country in Batanes? Your bridal makeup, hairdo, wedding dress and even the whole entourage all soaked in the rain can ruin the day, especially if it’s a #BinagyongKasalan…
