@formula-what mention that she enjoyed my background in Mick's drawing so I propose that I could show how I did it (very easily).
So here the little video :
As always I used Formula One teams' color. I started with the Mercedes (#00D2BEone with the Aston's (#006F62), I blend it and add the Ferrari's (#DC0000) and blend it again. The goal is really to have a transition between the 3 but that we can still see all 3 and Mick's been in front of the red since he is in white.
Once is done I just had a little bit of white (Haas -> #FFFFF) with the "splash brush" ? I am not sure what the name in English is, in french is the "éclaboussure" one in Spraypaints brushes.
