N.Y.録音、Atlantic 8212)から。 Side 2は、1973年の"Hey Now Hey"(1973年6月25日にリリース、April 1972年3-8月、Record Plant, Los Angeles, Californiaスタジオ録音、Atlantic ‎7265)から。 この2枚からジャズ・テイストのナンバーを抜粋していますが、シャウトするアレサの歌唱なのでジャズと言うよりブルースやソウル色がかなり強いアルバム。1-4 "Crazy He Calls Me"なんかが典型的で、ジャズを超越した圧倒的なスケール感でもの凄く素敵なアレサ・ワールドです。 特に注目曲は...
