Most of the time I just wish I was living inside of a Sofia Coppola or Wes Anderson film. So when I got my ABC (American Ballet Company) contract and moved out of the dorms and into my own flat, I tried to emulate those aesthetics as much as possible. My bedroom is very “Marie Antoinette” and the rest of the apartment is very “Life Aquatic”. May be too themed for some people’s tastes but I love it.

I was on the phone with my mum and she asked me if I’m planning on having a housewarming, but honestly, this place is really only big enough for two or three people to socialize somewhat comfortably. Plus Caroline didn’t get her company contract and isn’t speaking to me and Lola just moved to Chicago, so I’m kind of here all alone anyway. Who would I even invite?

I need to get a pet, I think. I know dogs have more of a use safety wise but I really want a cat! Or a hedgehog. But really I want a cat. Mum’s allergic so I was never allowed to have one back home. So yeah, I think that may be my next big mission. Find a cat who needs a home!
