We're Catalyst! Space pirates,story tellers, trouble makers. Our main inspirations are bands like The Mechanisms and Steam Powered Giraffe, alongside soundtracks from games such as: South of midnight,Splatoon,Darksiders,Disco Elysium,etc!. One thing that struck me was that convo Thaisha had w vaelus. "If you were a God,would your final act before dying be to curse this world?" And Vaelus said "maybe".
That's the problem with the gods in Araman. They see the mortals as playthings. Not beings with a life and a brain. When the sun God died,and cursed the land,it was the equivalent of an abusive parents punishment.
Vaelus may have had the only good God in the story. But the others didnt. The orcs didnt. Vaelus doesnt seem to understand that, or that not everyone had a God like she did.
