This is ME (no, not mini me, just being mean, I mean, ME)
Someone asked that I describe myself. Here is how I oblige ...
I was born and raised in L.A. — Libacao, Aklan. I am a writer, adventurer, food lover, a vagabond with a mole on the sole of my left foot, a ninja with a double-edged sword, a lover extraordinaire with a forked tongue and the cunning of a chameleon.
My rantings and ravings are unaided by drugs or alcohol, just being honest with what I think and believe in. I sometimes write under the pseudonym Jereza de Libacao. On the odd occasion that I would rather remain horizontal and pretend to be an insignificant, merely ornamental part of reality, I either fight with conscious effort or simply ignore the terrible itch to write. The fight is invariably quick, just like swatting an imaginary fly, or occasionally long-drawn-out, like Mao’s protracted war.
I am no intellectual or scholar, as I was weighed but found wanting. On the three Rs: I get a gleaming gold in reading, a burnished silver in writing, and an extremely grimy iron oxide-laden orb in mathematics. People invariably say that my bark is worse than my bite, but please, beware of the ferric oxide and the potentially deadly bacteria clostridium tetani. You are better off with Bran Stoker.
