I wouldn't consider myself "lucky", though?
Granted, I've had the chance to go to Japan to buy them, but both the trips and the purchase of these have been with my own money and effort, mainly.
I've collected these over the past three years or so, and a lot of it is simply prioritising money and being determined enough to work a lot, save up money, and possibly take a trip to Japan to buy them (Not easy for everyone, I know, but it's certainly possible (I've taken the trip three times in two years, and I am a part-time working student from Sweden)).
TLDR: With some determination and effort, I'm sure a lot of people could do the same thing I have, so go for it!
