It was a fic where stiles left beacon hills I forget the reason. I do know the reason they ask him to come back is bc Erica was pregnant and was in pain/dying and it turns out some parasite thing killed the baby really early in the pregnancy and was going to kill Erica, but stiles got it out and saved Erica.
