is it normal for tics to be on and off?? Like sometimes we will tic a lot for a few weeks then not as much. we don't have extremely noticeable tics most of the time, the closest thing to vocal is recently this clicking sound in our throat and tongue clicking.

Our main tics our those, are fingers jerking and head twitching. I just want to know of it's normal for them to...flare up..if it isn't flaring up it's only like occasionally and it also varies between headmates ..is this normal or am I tripping?

But like..I so want to draw myself with the little braid I have in my hair. It's something clay does because it's a stress reliever and stimming for him to braid hair so I let him Braid mine into little braids sometimes.

And like theirs one specific one I've just kept in because I freaking love how it looks but like..I legit wanna draw myself with it in..

that last twenty four hours have been...rough.

So last night clay had a mental flash back for the first time (to his memories) and right after we rapid switched and our legs gave out and we fell (we fell on padded ground and used a counter to slow it down we're fine)

Then we woke up and went to co-op which is hell in itself and clay had another emotional flash back and had to make up the excuse of just stress from possibly movie. (Half true but now what made us Cry)

Then we we're forced to go to a place an hour away with the bodies parents so the bodies brother could get a hair cut.

On top of all that all day I've either been fronting or we've been blurry (best way it could have gone today TBH) but clay ended up fronting for a few minutes and we could feel like...get substantially more tired when he fronted.

My man needs a break and I wish their was a better way I could give it too him.

I'm such a terrible asshole. Such a bad cousin. We have..they have they're family back. Clay, Dot, Tommy. They have they're people, They're friends..family back..

So why can't I just be fucking happy for them!! I should be happy with and for them! We got back what we lost.

Instead I'm sitting here feeling sorry for myself like a useless piece of shit! I can't even be happy for them! I feel so damn empty, hollow, and alone when I should be happy.
