More and more seal pups are washing up alone on the southern shores of the Baltic Sea. Malnourished, separated from their mothers, and vulnerable, they won’t make it without help.
Why are more and more pups appearing like this, and what’s behind it? Is it climate change? Global warming? Sea level rise? Ocean warming?
This animal rescue story is about getting answers and giving hope to baby seals.
In Mission 30, we’ve joined a seal pup rescue team working to save stranded pups, protect the seal population, and uncover the cause of this crisis.
