What is that army looking game you posted?
Zombies Run! an app for the iPhone and Android used for running (with GPS or the phone's accelerometer). You play missions which alternate between your music playlist and story.
The story takes place in England (I think) about 6 months after the zombie outbreak, you’re the new Runner 5 for Abel Township. You run missions gathering things, delivering news, luring zombies away from the town. On these missions you gather supplies and materials used to upgrade your base (the picture you saw earlier). Story missions can last 30 minutes or an hour depending on how you have it set up.
There are 23 season one missions, all of which are free. Season two will have 60 missions total (40 story missions and 20 sidequest missions) and most of them are out (they put out 3 missions a week), but you need a season pass for the season two stuff. I imagine there will eventually be a season 3 because they are currently having people submit audio clips for the “radio mode” segments where two characters sometimes take questions from people living in Abel Township. There are other missions such as supply missions which are “endless” where you can gather supplies (but not materials) or the 5K, 10K, 20K race missions.
The app itself is currently on sale I believe so it’s like $2-3 and the season pass for season 2 (story & side missions) is $7. It’s one of my favorite apps I’ve ever purchased. I do recommend that you do have a decent music library on your phone if you want to use it though, first time I tried the app I only had two songs and that was kinda yeahhhh. I now have 100 songs on iTunes that I bought pretty much just to use with this app.
