Funny how the AAs hate Jared soooo much that they are totally fine with the destiel scene, even though it is so poorly acted by Misha and Jensen. And now jensen is homophobic is flying around again. Was there ever anything Jared did that harmed jensen's reputation as much as Misha has? I just don't get their logic at all. If anything Jared had been good for jensen's career.
Jared has been very good for Jensen’s career but tell that to the AAs and they’ll try to set fire to your lawn. Actual successful people are too busy working on their grass to notice if anybody else’s are greener.

Jensen is nearing 50 and probably won’t have much longer on top if at all. This might be his last chance in fact and they just want to spend it fighting Jared stans just because they’re there. They have never enjoyed a single thing he’s done. They’ve fought stupid shit the whole way and never really supported anything. They’re too stuck in drama that doesn’t even matter. His whole career will pass them by and this is all they did with it.

Actually, I just read it from a Jared stand; I think it refers to a CBS article or press release, but I can't find any more information. They were also talking about a medical spinoff of Fire Country. Maybe it's something that hasn't generated much buzz yet; we'll have to wait and see.

I like J2 both, but I lean towards Jared quite a bit. And more after this weekend. And there were tons of very nice people at this con. Most of the Jensen fans there were nice, too. There was next to no drama at the actual event. I was there and heard nothing beyond maybe some ops issues due to striking.
People on Twitter and tumblr are stirring up drama. Meanwhile, I’m sitting here basking in my J2 duo photo ops where both guys were in a great mood, and the Jared squeezes I got this weekend.
It was a great con for Jared and for Walker fans (and the actors).
Funny that a con full of Jared fans, true J2 fans and normal Ackles fans was so pleasant to be at, when the Jared element is the supposed “bad side.”
I'm so glad you had fun! I've heard before that reading about a con online and actually being at one are two very different experiences and that most sides are, if not outright nice, are at least cordial to each other. I guess that's why people keep going back!
I also loved that Keegan showed up during J2's panel and actually asked a really good question. I read somewhere that between a few people they got all the panels recorded. I can't wait to watch the Walker panel!
So if you love Jared, but also love some of the guest stars or band, you have several choices. If you love Jared with Gen, you have several choices. Jared is even coming through with a few solos that end up as mixed SPN panels at comic cons. If you love Jared, you have a ton of choices. (So no one has to be at a con without him. We are not at all hard up.)
Yep! For the most part, there's something for every Jared fan! (And non-Jared fans).
I still hope that those on limited budgets and his fans around the world who live in places not near scheduled cons have the chance to meet Jared someday.
The best payback Jared and his fanbase ever got is how very wrong AAs and Hellers were about what would happen post spn. Guess Jared isn't the unemployable one.
