Janne X has been DJ:ing at Helsinki since 2004, and co-created classic alternative-night FAG YOU! (which run between 2005-2011), and other clubs like I'm Gonna Tell Ya Mum, DÖNER & Lipsync. In 2014 Janne was part of the Guggenheim team who created the "most exciting club event of the year", weekly art party called "Club Guggenheim" at Kaiku. As a promoter he has brought to Helsinki many cutting edge artists such as Larry Tee (US), Jerry Bouthier (FRA) and Cocknbullkid (UK). Janne X's own djing style is eclectic mix of disco, electro, house and very very trashy-pop. Only rule is to make people happy and surprised! He's been guest-djing regularly at top nightclubs of Helsinki (Kaiku, Nolla, Kuudes Linja, Mbar, Siltanen, Adams), and at events like FLOW-festival.
