I have decided to write about you because you are the love of my life. I know you won’t see this but in real life I know you’ve felt it.

#Jaly Date night: pt 2:

After picking Lily up, the two went to dinner at the nicest restaurant he could afford in New York. Then he took her to walk through the park to see some of the Christmas/New Years lights that were still up and finished off with a walk on the peer. Once the date was over Jack drove her back to her house and walked her up to her door.

Jack: "See that date wasn't so bad, was it?" He smiled hoping she truly enjoyed it. He had never really taken anyone on a serious date before but with her it felt natural.

Lily: "It was amazing, Jackie." She giggled and stared up at the tall guy. She did enjoy herself and hoped it wasn't the last time.

Jack: "Even though Erica called and wouldn't stop flooding our texts after, I think it was a success. I'd love to do it again. Not that we don't hang out every day but it's nice going out and showing you off." He laughed and gave her a quick wink but realized how that sounded and instantly turned red.

Lily: "Actually, I think I'm showing you off. You're more eye candy than I am." She smirked and nudged his arm before turning to him.

Jack: "That is completely a bullshit statement. You are definitely way more better looking than I am, and a better person. So much so that I'd like to kiss you now." Word vomit was obviously his thing tonight. It was probably the couple pills he popped before getting in the car. They were his confidence pills.
