ABATTOIR
Julia Talben (Jessica Lowndes) is an investigative reporter when her life is turned upside down after a horrendous murder of her sister Amanda (Jackie Tuttle) and her nephew Charlie (Aiden Flowers). Julia finds that there have been many similar gruesome murders, where entire rooms of where the murder occurred have been dismantled and pulled from their foundations. Julia realises there is much more to her family’s murder and starts her own investigations. Evidence and clues lead Julia and her ex-boyfriend Declan (Joe Anderson) who is a detective on a search for a man by the name of Jebediah Crone (Dayton Callie), a mysterious old man, who is constructing a house from the missing rooms of the murder scenes in a town called ‘New English’. What is the purpose of this “hell-hole” home that Jebediah is building? A satisfying horror movie to watch with an unexpected ending… for me anyway!
