Anyone else get Hookman vibes?? A pastor’s daughter who is judging the people around her for not being righteous or faithful enough? Only difference is in Hookman she didn’t mean to kill them with her judgement whereas this girl was just … another level of evil already. Like seriously wtf??

Killed off the gay man who believed in a tolerant God and didn’t even like … really condemn the action?? Cas was just like “oh yeah, religious people hate gays, that tracks” Thanks spn, it’s not like I’m gonna take that personally or anything (!)

While I loved the concept of a lot of the episode, I wasn’t too convinced with the script?!? Also in some of the scenes where the energy should’ve been “!!!” it felt more like “…” imo this whole episode needed more work before being released but I’m no expert

Real mad they referenced that “dean and Amara had a “thing”” I was really hoping to go the rest of my life never thinking about that again. 

I LOVED that we got some closure about why Amara brought Mary back, I felt like we actually got to see Dean for a second there so I appreciated that. 

Sam had like … four whole lines this episode?? What was that about? I hope Jared enjoyed the time off I guess

I was really excited when Cas was like “I’m gonna share my faith journey” and then it was like ….??? idk it was too summed up and vague and I didn’t feel enough emotions. Also I maintain that Cas’s whole “I finally have faith again because you’re going to save the world” attitude has got to be putting Jack’s little enneagram one brain into self destruct mode on the daily.

That scene with Jack and Cas in the car at the end!?!? Driving home after a job, confessing dark secrets to each other while the night sky passes in the windows!?!? That’s some REAL Supernatural vibes going on and I loved seeing our angel boys parallel Sam and Dean in that way.

Jack reaching out to touch Cas’s shoulder didn’t work for me though idk that’s nitpicky but it felt weird.
