HATSUNE MIKU EXPO 10th Anniversary Café Illustration
Last 24 of december, on the Hatsune Miku Blog they talked about the last Miku Expo Café.
The illustration was drawn by ç·/wata based on ćČ©ć (iwato)'s Miku Design for the 10th Hatsune Miku Expo. Neither the Miku designer, the illustrator, the blog nor the website adressed the rest of the vocaloid's designs so I could only assumed it was made by the illustrator, but there is no confirmation of that.
