Hekarro tells Aloy she can decide what happen next to Regalla

It's clearly a hard decision. For her, and for Hekarro

Impatient, Regalla provokes them, and Aloy goes to her, explaining she's going to decide whether she live, or die.

It's now that we choose...

For my part, the decision is clear. If I can understand the hatred she harbors, I do not approve of letting it run wild&free. Regalla -blinded by her hatred- betrayed the one she was supposed to be loyal to (when he chose reconstruction of his people instead of more destruction). She spilled too much blood - the blood of her own kind instead of her original ennemy-, she claimed the lives of Kotallo's friends, her little war cost him a arm ʕಠ益ಠʔ … and cost Fashav to the world (this character was so cool and such a good hope for the future ! ༼ ◕╭╮◕ ༽ ) SO. There is no redemption.

Even if she hates doing this, Aloy reminds Regalla everything she's done and render her judgement : Regalla's life ends here.
