The #HolyGrail of #CuredMeats resides at #Trattoria #AlPompiere in #Verona #Italy. Today for Lunch I had the honor once again to eat with Marco and his incredible crew. I #orchestrated a spread of #Antipasto for the ages by adding the #Frittata with #sweetonion and fresh #ricotta cheese to this spread of cured meats and it was one of the best moves of the trip.
